All objects offered by Forme et Matière are curated vintage or one-of-a-kind works unless otherwise stated.

Signs of age, patina, surface variation, irregularities, and wear consistent with time and material are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects.

Each piece is described and photographed with care. Measurements are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur.

Color tones and material appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings. Such variations do not constitute grounds for return.

All non-EU sales are final once dispatched.

For European Union consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU law.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all product details carefully prior to purchase and for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout.

Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon confirmed delivery. All objects are inspected and photographed prior to dispatch.
